Optimum Communications files amended US claims against debt holders over boycott

( February 26, 2026, 17:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Optimum Communications filed an amended US complaint accusing Apollo Capital, Ares Management, BlackRock Financial and other firms of engaging in an illegal group boycott to freeze it out of the US credit market. According to the complaint, the firms entered into a 2024 cooperation agreement binding nearly every creditor holding Optimum’s debt and barring them from dealing with Optimum unless a two-thirds supermajority of competing creditors approves the deal.See attached file. ...
