Qwant appeals French decision to reject antitrust complaint against Microsoft

The plaintiff was arguing that Microsoft had engaged in illegal exclusivity and tying practices, but the authority dismissed the complaint as "unsubstantiated," saying that Qwant had failed to show that Microsoft was in a dominant position.Qwant has asked the Paris Court of Appeal to overturn a decision by the French competition authority to dismiss its antitrust complaint against Microsoft, according to an update on the regulator's website on Thursday....
