DPD Poland fined for breaching EU's data protection rules

( February 24, 2026, 13:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: DPD Poland has been fined over 11 million zlotys (around $3.1 million) for using external carriers without first concluding data processing agreements, the Polish data protection watchdog said Tuesday. The watchdog said the carriers processed personal data during transport as well as loading and unloading of shipments.
