Slovak drug-supply cartelists fined €7.8m

( February 24, 2026, 10:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Two suppliers of categorized drugs in Slovakia have been fined a total of nearly €7.8 million, for coordinating public-procurement activities. The two companies — Phoenix Zdravotnícke Zásobovanie and Transmedic Slovakia — are also banned from taking part in public tenders, the national antitrust authority said on Tuesday.
