Mississippi sports equipment industry professionals indicted for bid-rigging

An indictment filed in the Northern District of Mississippi claims Burt, Lavender and Purvis conspired with school coaches to submit "fake bids" to Mississippi schools in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, the DOJ said.Statement follows below.
