Ryanair readies for fightback in Italian antitrust row, as agency tensions persist

In its appeal, the Irish airline is expected to take aim at the dominance abuse finding, the market definition and the size of the fine. On the compliance test it appears confident — the infringing conduct was found to have ended last April — but unexpected developments cannot be ruled out.Ryanair has some big dates ahead in Italy: It is expected  in coming days to appeal a fine imposed by Italy’s antitrust watchdog, and it must submit a report outlining its compliance with the regulator's orders by March 23....
