The latest draft of legislation to boost European industry could open the door to include “trusted partners,” a move that would benefit the non-EU countries economically, but could expose them to questions about protectionism.Non-EU countries that are concerned a planned EU law to boost clean investment and manufacturing could cut them out of the bloc's supply chains may have reason to cheer from the latest draft of the legislation....
