Platforms must proactively remove illegal content that fuels negative sentiments, such as flaunting wealth and anti-marriage or anti-childbearing rhetoric. The directive also targets using AI technology to generate low-quality material, as well as content that alters literary classics and historical allusions or adulterates classic animation, films and literature with vulgar and violent content.
