Several multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical deals also made headlines in IP licensing news.The AI licensing market is set to expand following Microsoft’s announcement that it will launch a large marketplace for copyrighted content for AI training. Amazon is reported to be considering a similar move. Meanwhile, Avanci landed its first licensee for its video patent pool, announcing rates and discounts to encourage membership....
