Adobe files reply backing dismissal of US suit over Experience Cloud tracking

( February 9, 2026, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Adobe filed a reply in support of its motion to dismiss a proposed class action accusing it of illegally tracking users online, arguing that plaintiffs fail to allege that it lacked consent or intercepted the content of any communications, saying the opposition fails to address the complaint’s critical flaws. Adobe said plaintiffs are unable to identify an allegation of an instance where Adobe sent any of them “a targeted advertisement, sold any website or app user data, disclosed plaintiffs’ identities, created an identity graph using their data, or caused them any tangible harm,” so they turned to “generalized expert testing untethered to their own experiences.”See attached file. ...
