Operations’ proposed acquisition of four licensed hospitality venues in Sydney is under review by the Australian competition regulator. In a statement on Monday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said Australian Venue Co., which operates pubs, bars and licensed restaurants across Australia and New Zealand, proposes to acquire substantially all of the assets of Public House Petersham, The Erko, The Golden Sheaf and Barangaroo House in Sydney. The statement added that Public House Petersham, The Erko and The Golden Sheaf are owned by Solotel Group and Barangaroo House is co-owned by Solotel Group and Matt Moran.Statement follows.
