( February 6, 2026, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: DiversiTech filed a reply in support of its motion for a preliminary injunction against Duraplas as part of its US counterclaims, seeking to halt DuraPlas's "willful infringement and enjoin it from selling its infringing PolarPad products." It said that DuraPlas has presented no contrary expert opinions or evidence in opposition, and its attorney argument does not alter the conclusion that DiversiTech is likely to succeed on the merits of its infringement claims.
