CareFirst fails to get summary judgment record reopened in US antitrust case against J&J

( February 4, 2026, 20:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: CareFirst was denied a motion to vacate an order to reconsider summary judgment in its antitrust case against Johnson & Johnson over the drug Stelara. District Judge Jamar K.
