NFL wins dismissal of BlueSky users' US antitrust suit alleging boycott

( February 3, 2026, 19:39 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: BlueSky users failed to show that they suffered actual antitrust injuries from the National Football League’s decision to keep teams off the microblogging platform, according to a federal judge. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer said in an opinion just made public that the claimed injury is essentially that plaintiffs have been denied the ability to obtain real-time NFL team information on a private platform with which they are ideologically comfortable. “But that injury — whether measured under the case law applicable to tangible or intangible injuries — is not concrete, and thus does not qualify as a cognizable injury in fact.”See attached file....
