US appeals court rules ITC confidentiality practice unlawful

The case concerned challenges to anitdumping and antisubsidy orders on phosphate fertilizer from Morocco and Russia. Separately, the appeals court dismissed as moot a case with the same arguments concerning orders on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.See attached files....
