UWM Holdings, Two Harbors filed US premerger notification forms Jan. 26

( January 30, 2026, 22:51 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex SUmmary: UWM Holdings Corp. and Two Harbors Investment Corp. each filed their respective Hart-Scott-Rodino Act premerger notification forms with the US Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice on Jan. 26, according to a securities filing. The companies' filings started the 30-day waiting period for regulators to clear the deal, issue a second request or for the companies to pull and refile the paperwork. See excerpt below....
