Latest redacted Edwards-JenaValve opinion released by US Court

The most recent redacted memorandum opinion blocking the merger between Edwards Lifesciences and JenaValve Technology was released by the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Rudolph Contreras accepted* the companies' request for a  redaction in Section IV.A.2.b.ii (Pricing). The companies argued that part of the opinion constituted competitively sensitive information.The court found that the companies' proposed redaction would not obscure the fact that there was pre-commercial price competition between the companies due to the unredacted information in the subsequent paragraph....
