The proposed settlement, which must be approved by a federal judge in California, also requires Google to notify Android users of its practice and obtain consent when Android users set up a new phone.Google has agreed to pay $135 million to end more than five years of litigation over claims it illegally misappropriated the cellular data of Android device users, a settlement that would also require the company to notify Android users of its practices....
