In anticipation of a spoliation hearing, the court ordered defendants to produce a privilege log that includes all communications between Dana White, Tracy Long and their attorneys regarding the preservation of materials. The court reaffirmed that plaintiffs have made a preliminary showing of spoliation because they have identified years of missing data from critical periods that were covered by litigation holds.
