ZTE fights Samsung over patent price in UK court

The two companies are fighting over whether the amount owed by Samsung to ZTE should be based on a previous agreement between the two companies, or be informed by a wider range of licensing agreements.Major litigation between Samsung and ZTE began on Monday in the English courts, after the two companies failed to reach an agreement over fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms for the licensing to Samsung of Standard Essential Patents owned by ZTE....
