Nokia is arguing that scheduling an expedited trial could prejudice its own argument against the English courts as the right jurisdiction for the case.Warner Bros. argued on Thursday that its litigation with Nokia over video coding patents should take place in October at the latest, citing what it said was a deliberate effort by Nokia to pressure Warner Bros. into agreeing a deal by bringing cases in multiple jurisdictions....
