DAZN Italian antitrust fine reduced to €3.67 million

( January 13, 2026, 10:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Live sports streaming service DAZN's antitrust fine in a case involving Telecom Italia, or TIM, has been cut to €3.67 million from €7.2 million by the country's competition authority following a court decision. The regulator said DAZN Media was not involved in the 2021-2022 TIM-DAZN Serie A infringement, relating to an agreement for the distribution of football content, in particular for marketing a bundled offer that rivals couldn't match.
