EU countries seeking position on AI Act amendments by April

Removing the registration requirement is proving controversial among EU countries, whereas reservations and requests for clarifications remain on the measures related to addressing biases, AI literacy and centralizing parts of the enforcement architecture.EU governments could reach a stance on negotiating changes to the AI Act with the European Parliament by April following a first round of discussions, MLex has learned....
