Sports flooring dealers push for injunction against Gerflor in US antitrust case

( January 7, 2026, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Distributors and dealers of Sports Court sports flooring systems filed a reply in support of their motion seeking to force Gerflor USA to reinstate the contracts of plaintiffs already ostensibly terminated and not to terminate the contracts of the other plaintiffs. “The parties’ papers mention additional issues that will arise as this litigation proceeds. But only one liability issue matters for this motion: did CSCI comply with contractually mandated procedures for terminating its contracts with certain of the plaintiffs? If not, and if the court also finds a risk of irreparable harm, then the court should grant plaintiffs’ motion,” they said.See attached file. ...
