US FTC seeks extension of order keeping Edwards, JenaValve apart ahead of injunction ruling

By Wesley Brown ( January 8, 2026, 16:23 GMT | Insight) -- The US Federal Trade Commission proposed an order to extend the temporary restraining order keeping Edwards Lifesciences and JenaValve Technology from consummating their merger as the parties await a preliminary injunction ruling from US District Judge Rudolph Contreras.
