The new measures included in the Digital Statute for Children and Adolescents, or ECA Digital, will take effect in March, with the key goal of mandating that tech companies adopt policies designed to protect users under the age of 18 from sexual abuse and exploitation, cyberbullying and digital scams, among other risks....
