China's Mofcom issues nonbinding guidance on companies' compliance responsibilities abroad

The ministry said the guidelines for Chinese companies operating outside the Chinese mainland consist of seven chapters and 53 articles, and aim to support high-quality participation in global supply chains by embedding social responsibility into foreign investment, construction, trade and services activities.
