Schwarz’s proposal for La Cocoș takeover open for input in Romania

Schwarz has also proposed not to acquire smaller retailers — with revenue below €4 million — in areas where it has a market share of more than 40 percent, where such deals don’t need to be notified to the competition authority, alongside other obligations meant to protect La Cocoș’s exclusive suppliers.
