( December 24, 2025, 19:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- The National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) has approved its “Priority Topics Map” for the 2026–2027 cycle through Resolution CD/ANPD No. 30. The roadmap sets four main focus areas: safeguarding data subject rights, protecting children and adolescents online under the new Digital Statute, ensuring compliance by public authorities in personal data processing, and supervising emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. The plan includes specific targets, such as 25 inspections on data subject rights, 15 on child protection, 20 on AI-related practices, and monitoring of public-sector data sharing, scheduled across 2026 and 2027 to strengthen enforcement and governance.See attached....
