The OECD’s Gender-Inclusive Competition Toolkit, released in 2023, is being applied by authorities such as Canada, Austria and Mexico. An OECD official says the approach draws on behavioral economics to move beyond traditional models and uses a gender lens as a precision tool in market definition, remedies and case prioritization.Antitrust regulators from Vienna to Mexico City are continuing to reflect on how to make enforcement more inclusive of women — despite the strong anti-diversity rhetoric coming from the US government of President Donald Trump....
