States clash with HPE, US DOJ on confidentiality terms in Juniper settlement

By Flavia Fortes ( December 23, 2025, 14:34 GMT | Insight) -- The US Department of Justice, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and a coalition of state attorneys general have asked a federal judge in California to resolve a dispute over how confidential information may be used in the Tunney Act review of HPE’s acquisition of Juniper Networks.
