Amazon gets Subspace's US monopolization claims dismissed

District Judge Tana Lin granted a motion to dismiss antitrust claims, finding that Subspace has not adequately pleaded the existence of the relevant market for low-latency network optimization services, and while Subspace successfully defines a market for cloud-computing, it only pleads general intent to monopolize, which is not sufficient.See attached file. ...
