USCIT denies preliminary injunction for tariff relief amid Supreme Court case

( December 15, 2025, 23:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: A panel of three judges at the US Court of International Trade denied an importer's request for a preliminary injunction that would suspend liquidation of emergency tariffs, which the US Supreme Court is still considering the legality of. The judges declared that the plaintiff, AGS Company Automotive Solutions, could not demonstrate irreparable harm, finding the company's concerns that refunds might not be guaranteed even if the tariffs are overturned are unfounded.See attached file....
