Data Act legal helpdesk for companies set up by EU Commission

( December 16, 2025, 10:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has set up a legal helpdesk to support small and medium-sized businesses with queries in relation to the Data Act, the regulator said on Tuesday. The helpdesk will provide “clear and practical guidance on requirements, rights and obligations on the Data Act,” the commission said. The intended maximum response time for questions at the helpdesk, which is part of the Data Union Strategy, is 15 working days.
