China's Mofcom issues final antidumping ruling on EU pork, pig by-products

( December 16, 2025, 09:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s trade regulator has issued a final antidumping ruling confirming that EU-origin pork and certain pig by-products were dumped in the Chinese market and caused material injury, according to an announcement released by the Ministry of Commerce on Tuesday. The State Council Tariff Commission will impose five years of antidumping duties from Wednesday, ranging from 4.9 percent to 19.8 percent, with guarantee deposits posted since September converted into final liabilities, and avenues preserved for new-exporter and interim reviews as well as administrative challenges.The statement follows and the file is attached....
