Former Glencore trader Lakhani sanctioned in EU over Russian oil shipments

In a statement in the Official Journal of the European Union, it said the businessman was responsible for practicing irregular and high-risk shipping practices, such as not maintaining adequate liability insurance, carrying out unsafe operations, and taking measures to avoid ship detection, it said.Statement follows....
