Epic Systems sued by Texas AG for allegedly monopolizing electronic health records industry

The complaint filed in the District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, claims Epic Systems violated the Texas Free Enterprise and Antitrust Act in monopolizing the EHR Database Software Markets and the Epic-EHR Application Market.
