Spain, France and Portugal face EU action for missing digital-resilience rules deadline

( December 11, 2025, 11:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Spain, France and Portugal were warned by the European Commission for not fully incorporating the Digital Operational Resilience Act into national law by the January 2025 deadline. The law sets common rules to strengthen the digital resilience of banks, insurers, investment firms and other financial entities. The three countries now have two months to complete the process and notify the commission, or they may be referred to the EU court.Statement follows....
