US FTC, Amazon propose pushing back antitrust trial to March 2027

( December 10, 2025, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon and the US Federal Trade Commission proposed pushing back the start date of the bench trial for their antitrust dispute from Feb. 9, 2027 to March 29, 2027. "The parties propose this schedule understanding that the parties to the coordinated District of Columbia v Amazon action will request that the May 10, 2027 trial date in that action be continued," Amazon and the FTC wrote in a joint status report to a Washington federal judge. The parties added that in the event the DC case isn't delayed, they will "confer regarding the schedule and update the Court as necessary." See joint status report. ...
