Circana files reply on dismissal of US antitrust claims over potatoes

( December 5, 2025, 23:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Data analytics company Circana filed a reply supporting its motion to dismiss US antitrust claims over an allegedly conspiracy between itself and potato producers to use Circana software product PotatoTrack to engage in an price-fixing conspiracy. The plaintiffs have not alleged any communications between the defendants, who individually decided to take up PotatoTrack, and 'there is no catalyst or event that converted PotatoTrack from a procompetitive benchmarking service into something nefarious," Circana said in its filing to the Western District of Washington.See attached document....
