Circana files reply on dismissal of US antitrust claims over potatoes

The plaintiffs have not alleged any communications between the defendants, who individually decided to take up PotatoTrack, and 'there is no catalyst or event that converted PotatoTrack from a procompetitive benchmarking service into something nefarious," Circana said in its filing to the Western District of Washington.See attached document....
