Dream Big Media loses bid to revive US antitrust case against Google

( December 4, 2025, 19:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US appeals court affirmed the dismissal with prejudice of a second amended complaint brought against Google by Dream Big Media, Getify Solutions and Sprinter Supplier on behalf of a putative class. In a memorandum, a three-judge panel on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said the complaint does not plausibly allege that Google negatively tied its Maps application programming interfaces (APIs) to its Places APIs and its Routes APIs. The panel also said Dream Big Media's market definitions are deficient because the alleged markets are comprised of complements, not substitutes.See attached memorandum....
