With plans to boost its trademark workforce in 2026 the office is poised to continue its forward momentum, in unquestionably good news for brands.The wait for trademark applicants to receive an initial thumbs up or down from the US Patent and Trademark Office was slashed by 25 percent in FY2025. In data released Tuesday the office said first action pendency now sits at 5.6 months....
