CADE's Superintendence finds journalism unions coordinated prices

In a decision published in the Official Journal Thursday, the investigatory unit forwarded the case to CADE’s Tribunal for judgment. If convicted, the entities could face remedies and financial penalties - Brazilian antitrust law allows fines of up to 20 percent of an organization’s gross revenue for such infractions.See publication attached....
