AAM look to affirm judgment against California pay-for-delay law

AB824 conflicts with multiple provisions of the Patent Act that protect the rights of patent holders: It treats as inherently suspect the exercise of patent holders’ federal law right to grant exclusive licenses and forbids courts to presume that a patent is valid, which federal law requires courts to presume,” it said.See attached file....
