It stems from a dispute in Austria between a consumer group and an online retailer in relation to the use of automated credit risk scoring.How far EU privacy rules around automated decision making extend to online retailers using automated risk scoring is to come up for debate by the bloc's highest court after a request for clarification (see here)....
