Ryanair denied Irish injunction over documents seized in Italian antitrust probe

The court dismissed Ryanair’s attempt to force the Irish competition regulator to retrieve or block use of documents seized on behalf of Italian counterparts. Judges also rejected a request for a referral to the EU Court of Justice.
