Ohio appeals order in case seeking to declare Google a common carrier

The AG said that the court erroneously applied the "carrying" element of the common carrier test to the vehicle in which the information is transported to users of Google Search (the results page), rather than to the good being transported-the information itself, and the "indifferently" element of the common carrier test to what is being carried, rather than to the terms and conditions under which it is being carried.See attached file. ...
