RealPage, landlords can't dodge US antitrust claims, Kentucky AG says

( November 14, 2025, 21:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kentucky’s attorney general told a federal court it should follow the example of other courts and maintain the state’s price-fixing claims against RealPage and residential landlords, opposing a motion-to-dismiss. The opposition said similar allegations were sufficient to state a claim in a previous multidistrict litigation in which the court found that the plaintiffs’ allegations that Revenue Management Solutions clients could review which of their competitors used RMS, and awareness that their competitors’ data was pushed “into an algorithm to influence RealPage’s pricing decisions,” supported the plaintiffs’ theory of antitrust liability.See attached file. ...
