Hong Kong, Cambodia to boost ties in antitrust cooperation

( November 13, 2025, 09:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hong Kong's Competition Commission said on Thursday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Cambodia's antitrust authority to strengthen partnership between the two agencies. According to the document signed Wednesday, the authorities will exchange views and information relating to major developments in competition policy and law, enforcement experiences and studies on topical issues. Each agency will notify the other of enforcement actions or potential anticompetitive activities that may significantly affect the other's interests. They will also cooperate through seminars, workshops, training programs, staff exchanges and research collaboration, the commission said in a statement.The statement and the MOU are attached....
